Company Outings

It's that time of year again. B&OI is about to make the annual trek down the street to watch the Mariner's play at Safeco Field. Friends and family of B&OI associates are all welcome, and we start with a t-shirt, a company bbq and a few hours of non-work related socialization.

 A recent article in the Chicago Tribune discussed how companies are reducing the picnics - like making it during the week and not inviting family. Holding it on their grounds instead of going somewhere off site. Since I've been at B&OI (2009), the picnic has been at our office and we take the short drive down to the game. Does your company still have a family outing? Has it been reduced or slowly coming back to add a few things you used to remember?
